The card will be printed and delivered to the patient Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Cards submitted after 3 pm (MT) on Friday will not be delivered until Monday. Cards that are printed after a patient's discharge or during calendar holidays cannot be delivered. We will do our best to ensure that the patient receives your card of encouragement.
