Nursing Services
Provides general nursing care for Inpatient, Outpatient, Special Care, Emergency Room, Pediatric, Obstetric, and IV Therapy patients. Staffs a variety of Community Events such as Car Seat Checks, Health Fairs, Lamaze Education, and more.
Nutrition Services
Inpatient and outpatient nutrition counseling is provided by a Registered Dietitian. Lori Smith, RD provides nutrition information regarding specific medical conditions including diabetes, heart health, weight management, COPD, food allergy, renal conditions, and maternal/child health. Patients may see their physician for a referral or call Lori at 970-332-2219 for more information. |
Dining Services
Dining Services offers hand prepared meals and snacks tailored to each individual patient. Menus are designed to compliment your medical care and a Registered Dietitian is on staff to help in food choice selection. As part of our service to patients and families, we can arrange for guest meals to be delivered to your room along with the patient meal tray. Your guest will be charged $5.00 per meal. Guest trays are complimentary for guardians of children aged 14 and younger. |
Cardiac/Respiratory Department
Provides inpatient and outpatient education on a variety of Cardiac and Respiratory Diseases. Staff includes three nationally certified Asthma Educators.

The Gift of Motherhood class is offered every 4 months in the education room at the Wray Community District Hospital. Our goal is to educate parents-to-be about their pregnancies, labors, deliveries, and care of their newborns.
